Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Personal unsecured loan

Was unable to pay a personal loan. they sent an arbitration forum claim stating they need the money upfront. Stating they will get their money. What can happen to us? I dont have the money.

call and give me more info..but you do not have to pay an arbitrator..and if they get a judgment, they can then try to collect..
