Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i got phone call from collection agency he bullied me and told me i had to pay 100 by the 15 or he would file papers to take me to court i told him i didnt have so he said he sue so my mom paid it i called himtoday and told him the next 100 would be paid on the 24th he said 15th or he would sue me i told him that i wouldnt have it till then he said it ment i was willing to pay but if i wasnt willing i wouldnt of called i didnt get to chouice of the date he told me how it was gonna be and that was it do i have any rights i am willing to pay i even called him

you have the right to respond as you did, he has right to call..but "bully" is not a right..threat to sue is not his right...and paying only increases his action which violate fair credit..If you know who you owe, then you can pay when you can..your mother probably heard you being scared and tried to help..but assumin you are 18...you should handle it..and call for help as you are from a lawyer
