Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
We are getting phone calls from a company called National Arbitration Services for our adult daughter. She know longer lives with us and we have asked them to stop calling. The call our home phone and somehow got my husbands cell phone number and call each of them daily. How do we get them to stop calling? They are calling the wrong people and are harrassing us. Our daughter's cell has been turned off so I can't provide them with a phone for her. The message from them is on the answering machine and we will give it to her next time she comes over. That is all we can do.
The individuals at the 877-853-2923 number that keeps calling are rude, hostile, arrogant and seem to feel they can continue to call us even though we have asked them to stop.

Send them a certified letter. Find a cease and desist letter telling them to no longer contact you. After you do this, they may continue. At that time you may look into retaining counsel to get a debt collection action against them. Find a lawyer who specializes in that.
