Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Products sent to you that you didn't order?

I've heard that one is not liable for products sent to them through the mail that they did not order. Specifically, for example, tapes or books for a club that has a "selection of the month" in which the club sends the above when the customer doesn't send the reply back. Is there any truth? Thank you.

You are not required to pay for unsolicited material. You should send a notice to the company to pick up their unsolicited material.
