Does owning a business as a P.C. protect you from a personal judgement against me?

Yes, BUT, it is important that you follow all corporate rules and regulations regarding conducting the business of the corporation. Often, people are lax, and a creditor is able to pierce that corporate veil. If you personally guarantee any debts of the corporation, you are liable personally for those debts.
