Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I need help putting a lien on someone.

I hired some men to do work on my home and they got paid but didnt do the work. I went to small claims court and i won but the judge said i have to put a lien on them in order for them to pay me. what can i do to get my money back? PLease help me.

If it is not too long..call your local district attorney/county attorney...that could be a crime and that is the only way such acttors can be made to pay....But I remember a contract who told me..If you ever have to have work done, do not pay before it is done...When the worker needs money to buy material..they are not good enough to do the work...So..try to remember..don't pay in advance...
