Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I rec'd citation papers today from a collection agency on behalf of a credit card company. I am a widowed mother of 4 and only work part time. What are my options and how do I respond to this notice?

Always send written answer denying any claim filed..because creditors frequently have inaccurate interest/penalties plus debt in the lawsuit filed...or call and I will discuss..
