Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I received a call from someone saying I'm being summoned to court. To call a 800 # and reference a claim # - they said if I wasn't home to receive summons I would be shown as failure to appear. I wasn't home the day they claimed they would come. I called the 800 # but they didn't not identify what organization it was, so I hung up. What should I do because they keep calling. I believe it's a creditor but I'm not sure.

It's a creditor, and he's a liar.

If he gets you on the phone again, ask him to identify himself fully - his full name, his lication (mailing address0, the name of his company, etc. If he won't give it to you, tell him what you think of him, and hang up.
