I received a citation from a creditor can i write a letter stating i am unemployed and have no money ? will this get the lawsuit erradicated?

By "citation" I assume that you mean you were served with citation in a lawsuit.
Inability to pay is not a defense to a debt suit.
To whom are you planning to write a letter? The creditor? The court?
You have a time limit for filing an answer; you should do so (depending on where they sued you - I assume that they sued you in your home jurisdiction), and pay the jury fee.
