Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I received a judgment against me in a justice court in Texas. I filed a Notice of Appeal in that court 14 days after the judgment. Can I also file a WRIT OF CERTIORARI because the case was heard in the wrong jurisdiction?

You probably could, but that is a defense which may be raised in the county court on appeal. Since this is a legal argument, you would be well served by obtaining legal representation for the county court case. In county court, the rules of evidence and civil procedure apply, whether you are pro se or not. You will be expected to know them.
