Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I received a Plaintiff's Interrogatories and Request for Production in Aid of Judgment, am I required to fill it out and return it to the Attorney requesting it? This is in regards to a sum owed less then $3,000.

It is never a good idea to ignore a discovery request. If this is the only debt you owe, you might consider calling and trying to settle or work out arrangements. If this is just the tip of the iceberg, you might consider talking to a bankruptcy attorney.
