Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I recently had a lien placed on my checking accounts in Texas, if I opened another checking account how long will it take before the creditor can place a lien on the new account?

That depends on how much effort the creditor wants to put into finding your new checking account. The creditor can place the garnishment immediately but they must find the new account first.
