Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I recently received correspondence from Asset Mngmt. regarding an old credit card debt. After asking them (twice) to validate the debt, they have yet to respond to me. Hoever, I recently checked my credit report, and a Asset has added a collections remark to it. What is/are my recourses?

dispute the claim of ASSet on your report..and they can only collect by suit if u disregard service if it is over 4 years since last payment/use of card
