Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
We recently received papers to appear in court regarding a credit card that had been paid off and had not received any invoices from in years. The demand of payment is nearly $9,000 plus interest. How do we see the so called charges that we were not even aware of? Isn't there some kind of statue of limitation law against this?

yes..and you may have a claim against the creditor..call a consumer lawyer now to protect yourself
