Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Can you recommend a financial consultant in the Plano,Tx area that I can contact to help me that is reasonably priced. It is in regards to the upside down $10,000 balance my son and I owe on his truck that I financed. One of Dave Ramseys consultants wants $900 just to take the case. I think this is too much. Thank you.

Most attorneys will have an hourly rate of $150 or more and it would probably take some time to work on your case. Hence, as much as I know you don't want to hear it, perhaps the offer from the Dave Ramsey consultant is not too bad at all. I wish I could refer you to someone in your area of Plano but I am unfamiliar with that area.
