Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Recording a phone call.

I was wondering if collection company's has to tell you they are recording the call at the beginning or can they wait tell then end? Or do they have to tell you at all.

They have to tell you before the conversation begins. Be sure and tell them that you are also recording the conversation.
