Removing MEchanic's Lien

Once placing a Mechanic's Lien, how do you go about removing/releasing the lien. Client has agreed to pay if we remove the lien, and we are not sure how to go about this. Thanks

There's a form called Release of Lien. Fill it out and give it to the debtor when they produce the money in certified funds.
