Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a rental property that a credit card company in try to sell as a sheriff sale in brazoria county. The notice is in the Pearland paper and they notified my Tentants that they were going to sell it. Is credit card company able to sale my house for an unsecured debt?

yes...if the have a judgment..no if they don't..call a lawyer now
