can i have my home air conditioner unit repossessed because I have stopped paying for it and actually turned it over to a debt consolidation company

Yes if the debt company did not make payments..unfortunately many do not ...contact the Texas Attorney General who is pressently looking into many such companies..perhaps you have one..but you need to call the air conditioning company to avoid attempted repossession..and require them to have a Court order before you let them repossess
