repo of a vehicle

can a dealership repo your vehicle when a bank is the lien holder, and you don't owe any money to the bank, the deal with the dealership is to pay out weekly the down pymt and you are up to date with that also. Lien holder has not issue repo order but vehicle was repo. Can dealership legally hold the vehicle?

call dealer..call bank..sounds odd but without seeing all paper cannot advise...and could you pay a lawyer??you may have a case, if all is as you believe
