Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Repo-ed Commercial Vehicle

A local credit unit reposessed my vehicle. Notices/statements/nor phonecalls were never sent informing of default loan status. At the time of repo, loan was only 2pymnts past due. After repossesion and w/i the 10days allowed, the loan was paid off.6 calendar days later, the check cleared. Evidence has been provided to the CU. It's day15 after the payoff and the manager refuses to see/talk to me and won't release the vehicle. What's reasonable? What are my rights? Fees are adding up and I'm loosing revenue.

Re: Repo-ed Commercial Vehicle

you need a local lawyer..to make a claim for you..but put a demand in writing..certified or deliveer and get signed receipt..without a court order there is nothing you can do..
