Reposession

Is it legal for a morgage company to reposess a moble home if you are currant on your payments? The morgage company claims that the home was abandon. The land owner that the trailer was on wanted the trailer removed and contacted the morgage company to do so. Now the morgage company wants the cost to move the home and any other expenses occured. What recourse is available?

Also the morgage company or land owner does not want to provide a copy of the lease or the agreement.

What you describe has all kinds of illegalities with it. If the land owner wanted the trailer removed he should have started eviction proceedings. The mortgage company should not have foreclosed if the payments were current. If you want my assistance in this matter, contact me by e-mail. Thanks.
