Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Reposession
If I have a vechicle repoessed what can they do about the collecting the balance owed? I am on social security and my house has a lien against it. I have no other property.

Not much.
They can attempt to execute a judgement against bank accounts -- so you may want to look at that; otherwise, if you have no non-exempt property, then they have nothing to attach.
