Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Repossesion results in citation for judgement suit-

Am I legaly obliged to pay this debt my husband aquired after seperation, (without divorce)that he alone signed for, against my wishes? He is now threatening to take my house back and sell it, to pay the debt, because it is in both our names and I have only a notarized signed agreement that the house belongs to me, solely. Does the judgement have legal right to my house as well? Also does the fact that the lawsuit contains the wrong county allow my husband to be free from this suit as he believes it does, on the grounds of error in filing?

Your house is homestead property in Texas and exempt from judgment. It sounds like you need to go to a lawyer to begin a divorce so that the home and the debts can be divided by the judge. I know it will cost some money, but look at the problems you're having now.
