Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Repossess vehicle due to credit card debt
Can a bank repossess a refinanced vehicle because a credit card payment has not been made with a credit card from the same bank that the truck was refinanced at. The refinanced vehicle was co-signed by a family member, that banks at the same bank.

The bank can't do that, unless their contract for the credit card gives them a secured interest in the vehicle.
