Repossession
Can my son-in-law's paycheck be garnished for a repossession of a vehicle. My daughter Has been getting threatening phone calls from someone saying they are with a law firm & this is what they are about to do. They knew who his employer was.

Not in Texas. It is forbidden by the Texas state constitution. In fact, to threaten to do something which they legally cannot due is a violation of debt collection statutes for which they can be sued.
