Repossession

Is a store allowed to come to my home to reposses some furniture that I have been paying on but misset a few payments with out a court issued order

It all depends upon the contract that you signed. It sounds as if they retained a security interest in the furniture until you finish paying for it. Miss a payment and they can repossess their property.
