Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Residing in texas, Got a phone call that I will be served papers on my job or at my home. I have been getting calls from a 3rd party debt collector leaving messages about an internet payday loan but they never say who the actual payday loan company is when they leave a message can a third party debt collector sue me (do they have to be bonded in the state of texas?). What should I do if served?

You can be sued by a third party debt collector if they now own the debt. If you are served, you should contact an attorney that specializes in debt collection law. If you ignore the lawsuit, you will get a default judgment rendered against you.
