Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

When is response due?

I was served a summons on a credit card complaint at 6:50 AM on a Friday morning. It states ''If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of ten days after you were served with this citation, a default judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.'' When does the ten days start? The same day I was served or the following day?

Re: When is response due?

For safety's sake, I'd consider it to start on the day you received the summons.
