returning a piece of jewelry

I bought several pieces of jewelry at store closing. I over spent. At store opening the next day, I tried to return it. They refused. Can they refuse to refund my money? I financed through their company?

Yes they can refuse. Unless they have a stated policy which accepts returns and refunds.
