Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

RV dispute

My wife agreed to allow my brother to make payments on an camper that we own and are responsible for the loan because we no longer needed the RV and he didn't have the credit to buy one. We have a verbal agreement that he make the payments and use the RV. There were no stipulations or deadlines. He has made the payments for 2 yrs. without fail. My wife wants him to buy the RV or us take possession of it because of it would improve our credit rating & the increasing age of the RV. I believe we are bound by the original agreement unless he agrees to change the agreement regardless of the reason. Please help us to resolve this situation.

Re: RV dispute

If he has sufficient credit to re-finance the RV in his name, selling the RV to him would be the best solution.

Since he's been paying on the RV for two years, and you no longer needed it, taking it back, although legal, would be wrong.
