Seizing a Home For Repo Car

(State of Texas)10 years ago I had a car and the car was repo. Now I have been served papers and was told if the debt was not paid that my house would be auction off. Is this possible over a car ?

hopefully you have the name of the person who said your house would be auctioned off...and a witness...since you could sue them for that

but they have the right to sue for deficiency
