Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

being served when I have an attorney

I live in Texas. If I have informed a process server in writing that I have legal counsel, and provided them with the name and contact information for my attorney, and directed them to serve the papers to my attorney instead of me, it it legal for a process server to continue to try to serve me at my home?

Re: being served when I have an attorney

Without an agreement between attorneys, the citation requires "personal" service. If you don't want to be served, ask your attorney to make an agreement with the other attorney.
