Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

we just were served with a breach of credit card to go before the justice of peace ,can they touch my checking account. I am 76 years old and am 100% disabled veteran and only get a va check and social security check.

if they get a judgment they could garnish your bank accounts...call us or a local lawyer and defend the claim..but do not let them get default..
