Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I was served with a justice citation today, I am being sued by Evolve Bank for $4,000. I am on disability and have been unemployed for 6 months.I dont have the money to pay back the whole $4,000. Please advise!

If you do not answer the lawsuit, they will take a default judgment against you and attempt to collect. You can file a general denial while you attempt to negotiate payments with the company.
