Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

We were served with a lawsuit from Citibank for Home Depot. The amount is for 1850.00. I do deny the bill. However, with job loss and medical treatments, we got behind on all our bills. We are just getting back on our feet. I plan on going to court and ask for a payment plan. Does the courts allow payment plans. I am afraid that if they seize our bank account and wipe if out, we will not be able to pay basic bills and get groceries. Please let me know

The court isn't interested in payment plans, and won't talk about such a thing. The question in the lawsuit is: Do you owe the money? Is the amount correct?

Make your deal with the Plaintiff.
