Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Siezing bank accounts

I have a judgement against an individual, and I think I have located his bank, and his wife's. Can I file to sieze a bank account that is joint with his wifes or that only has his name on the account? Texas is community property. Can I file on her account also if his name isn't on it? What all can I file on? He is a lowlife and will never pay volentarily. What xan I do if he goes to prison/jail, or just get's probation? Anything?

Re: Siezing bank accounts

You can apply for a writ of garnishment against the bank. But if there isn't an account, or sufficient money in an account, to pay the bank's attorney fees you will be liable for that cost.
