Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Signature Loan Back In 1991
I had a signature loan back in 1991. I thought I had paid for it. I never got a call from them. Now I get a call saying that i am being sued for this loan. I have not received any documents about this matter. Can they take me to court after so my years?

The statute of limitations in Texas is four years from the date of default. If it has been more than four years since you last made a payment, it's probably too late.
