Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I signed a contract with a debt resolution company 2 days ago and now I want out. I have not paid any money, but they have authorization to withdrawl from my account on the 15th of August. Since the contract was only signed 2 days ago, can I get out without paying them any fees?

Just because you change your mind, you can't disavow a valid contract. Read the contract. What are the terms for termination? You may need to properly notice them, and the bank of the need to revoke the authorization. You may also owe a penalty. Read the contract.
