Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Never signed credit application.

If I am not a primary card holder, how do I remove my name from the account? The creditors are holding me accountable and I didn't even sign the credit card application.

The question is whether you are legally liable. If the primary cardholder was your spouse, then the debt is a community debt, and they can look to you.
