Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I co signed for a vehicle and the person didn't pay me for months and then paid it off and the title was sent to my house. The title has both our names on it. Is there a way to get my payments back or take possesion of the vehicle?

Yes. If the amount owed is $10,000 or less go to the JP court in your precinct. File suit in small claims court. You do not need a lawyer there and the court rules are non-formal.
