Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

What do I need to do? I got a sister that let me use her credit card to help me get a job and now she put it as i open it with out her consent, so now the police got both statements and want to do polygraph on me. What should i do and do i need to get a lawyer?

You should get a lawyer and not talk to the police until you get one.
