Small Claim by my TX company against defendant�s co. in NYC

My company (a TX Corp.) is in the wholesale clothing business. One of my customers in NYC signed a purchase order with my company to supply clothing to them for approx $3,800. The same were shipped to them with a Net 30 credit. It has been 6 months since the shipment of the goods and I have still not been paid. My question is: Which Small Claims Court should I file the suit in? My company is in Plano, TX and the customer is in NYC.

It depends upon the language in your purchase order or contract with the NY company. The answer could be Texas, or could be New York. You should contact an attorney to determine.
