small claims court

i need to sue a transportation broker that lives in another state.if i get a judgment in texas how do i proceed do i have to go to the brokers county and state and sue there the rate confirmation was signed in texas does this make it where the dispute took place I have had some luck in getting a judgement in small claims but am out on a limb as far as trying to collect the fees

You can enter a sister-state judgment taken in Texas in any other state or territory in the USA. You need to get a certified copy of the judgment, plus what is known in Texas as a Congressional Certification. You will need an attorney in the state where you want to file the Texas judgment because that attorney will get the judgment entered and attempt to collect on the judgment.

You really can't do it remotely from Texas with any chance of success.
