Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I sold a motorcycle to a guy and he paid with a check. Well, the check bounced and he keeps saying he is going to stop by and pay and now he says he is going to wire the money to my checking account, but that has not happened as of yet. It's getting a bit old already.. What do I need to do about this situation.. I hate to make it a legal situation, but he is leaving me no other choice. So if it has not been paid within another week or so and I have to do something about collecting money due to me .... What do I need to do or who do I need to talk to about this??

Bad check is crime so tell him u must give to DA
