sold property with lein
I recieved the clear title from the lein holder that financed my pick up. I still owed $16000.00 on the truck. I needed some cash to pay off other debits, so I sold the truck. What can the lein holder do? Are there any criminal charges that could be filled on me?

Assuming there was no fraud involved, you now have an unsecured debt. If they released the lien, and issued a clear title, then they are no longer a lienholder.
