How do i file an out of state judgment form pennsylvania to texas?

It's just a little bit intricate. You will need a certified copy of the judgment from PA and an affidavit from the Court confirming that the Court is an official Court of PA. I might be able to do that for you. You can contact me by email for further details.

The affidavit that Mr. Grissom is referring to is sometimes called a Congressional Affidavit, or a 3-part Affidavit.
