Stature of limitations concerning credit cards,etc
Could you please tell me when the stature of limitations begin? From the time that it goes delinquent or from the time that you make your last payment or other?

The statute starts when the account goes into default. That would be at least 30 days after your last payment. Limitations on a credit card debt in Texas is four years.
