Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Statute of Limitations clarification

In regard to debt, specifically credit card debt in my case, TX law says - 16.004. FOUR-YEAR LIMITATIONS PERIOD. (a) A person

must bring suit on the following actions not later than four years

after the day the cause of action accrues:

4) debt

Does this mean from the time of:

1. the account opened

2. the last activity on the account (last purchase)

3. the last payment on the account?
