What is statute of limitations for credit card debt
What is the statute of limitations for credit card debt in Texas? How long can they legally try to collect the debt? And can they garnish wages or bank accounts?

Limitations is four years. They can try to collect forever; they just can't bring a lawsuit. Wages can't be garnisheed in Texas except for taxes, child support, or federally backed student loans. Bank accounts can be gotten, if there's a judgment taken.
